My first favorite horror story

"The Tell-Tale Heart" by Edgar Allan Poe

"Before you set sail, there's something you must know..."

ASMR refers to the pleasant, calming tingles in your back, neck, head, and sometimes extremities.  I created the Tapping Into Fear project to explore what connection, if any, these tingles might have to the autonomous shivers people feel when they watch a horror movie or hear a scary story.  I have long been a fan of horror; for me, tingles and shivers feel quite similar.

While I write nearly all of my own work, I could not resist recording my first favorite horror story of all time, Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart".
